About the Cochran Shoals Trail

The Cochran Shoals Trail is one of the most popular trails in the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area.

The trail features a level gravel path perfect for running, and great for picturesque views of the Chattahoochee River.  It’s no wonder that Cochran Shoals draws weekend crowds of runners, hikers and mountain bikers by the hundreds.
